- be matched with a lender;
- receive a loan offer;
- be approved for credit;
- receive a specific loan amount;
- receive a particular interest rate or borrowing cost; or
- receive funds within any particular period of time.
You are under no obligation to accept a loan offer presented by a third-party lender.
Before accepting any loan, you should carefully review the lender's agreement, including the total cost of borrowing, fees, repayment amount, payment dates, consequences of missed payments, cancellation rights where applicable, and any other relevant terms.
If you accept a loan offer, the resulting loan agreement is between you and the lender. CashWaves is not a party to that loan agreement.

Questions or disputes concerning a specific loan, repayment, payment withdrawal, fee, or lender decision should normally be addressed directly with the lender identified in your loan agreement.
